VehiclesGO Privacy Policy

1. Overview & Service Scope

VehiclesGO ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") provides a Business-to-Business (B2B) automotive dealership management platform designed for two-wheeler and four-wheeler dealerships in India. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and protection of information in connection with our web portal and mobile software during the VehiclesGO Pilot / RC1 program.

2. Account Provisioning & Access Control

When an account is created, we process basic profile information including the user's full name, professional email address, assigned role, dealership ID, and store scope.

3. Payment Processing & Gateway Status

During the current pilot release (RC1):

• No Active Integrated Payment Gateway: VehiclesGO does not operate or connect to an active integrated digital payment gateway in the pilot flow.
• No Active Razorpay Processing: Razorpay integration is deferred until after 10 successful dealership pilots.
• Direct Customer Payments: Customers make payments directly to the dealership via cash, bank transfer, or offline channels.
• Dealership-Entered Data: VehiclesGO records and stores transaction information (amounts, payment dates, receipt numbers, payment methods) manually entered by authorized dealership personnel for record-keeping and financial ledger purposes.

4. Data Collected and Used

We process data solely to deliver dealership management capabilities to participating businesses:

• Staff Account Information: Name, work email address, assigned role (Super Admin, Dealership Admin, State Manager, Store Manager, Finance Manager, Sales User, Finance User), dealership ID, and store assignment.
• Vehicle Inventory Data: Model, variant, color, VIN, chassis number, engine number, pricing, stock status, and store location.
• Customer Profile Data (Entered by Dealerships): Name, phone number, address, vehicle purchase history, and loan/EMI parameters entered by staff.
• Financial & Transaction Records: Sale prices, down payments, loan principal, EMI installment schedules, interest rates, paid amounts, outstanding balances, and official receipt numbers.

5. Device Permissions & Privacy Declarations

In the current release candidate (RC1):

• NO Advertising Tracking: VehiclesGO does not contain advertising SDKs, ad trackers, or advertising identifier collection.
• NO Location Collection: Geographic location is not accessed or collected in the current release.
• NO Contact List Access: Personal address books or device contact lists are not accessed.
• NO Microphone Access: Audio recording or microphone permissions are not requested.
• NO Camera Collection: Camera collection is disabled in the current release candidate.

6. Cloud Infrastructure & Security

VehiclesGO data is stored and processed on enterprise-grade Google Firebase / Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in secure cloud facilities (Asia South region). We protect data using:

• Strict multi-tenant database security rules enforcing tenant data isolation.
• Data is transmitted using encrypted connections provided by our application and cloud service providers.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) restricting data access based on staff privilege levels.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties

VehiclesGO does not sell, rent, or monetize dealership, financial, or customer data. Data is shared only with underlying Google Cloud infrastructure providers required to operate the platform or as mandated by applicable Indian laws.
